Sundial Telecom achieve certification to the QMS standard ISO 9001: 2008

Sundial Telecom Ltd, a company that specialises in the provision of hosted telecommunications services to business start-ups and SMEs, is pleased to announce it has achieved certification to the internationally recognised quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008
The certificate was presented by Mark Stokes, Team Manager of BSI, to Mr Shane Carter, Managing Director of Sundial Telecom on the 21st July.

Sundial Telecom provides a whole range of standard and bespoke communications services and the appropriate number ranges needed to deliver them. Its popular Call Manager service allows businesses to provide clients with a single point of contact and if no one is available to answer calls, they are answered and processed by the company’s bespoke call management software.

Its Fax Manager Service allows businesses to manage, send and receive all fax communication electronically without the need of a fax machine, something that is unique to Sundial Telecom. Other hosted services include call recording applications, and disaster recovery facilities.

Hosted communications services offer a number of commercial advantages to organisations that require robust call handling equipment but do not have the budget or the resource to install the infrastructure needed to achieve this. There are no set up costs or expensive maintenance overheads and organisations can set up and manage their services via Sundial Telecom’s website.

Sundial Telecom’s hosted solution also helps companies to become more eco-friendly. Overall energy bills are reduced because the call handling equipment is located off-site. Fax transmissions are sent and received electronically which eliminates the need to purchase consumables such as paper, ink cartridges or toners, which can be harmful to the environment if they are not disposed of correctly.
