We pride ourselves on providing fully functional, easy to use products and services, but we are the first to recognise that we don’t always get it right. In situations where we don’t get it right we would like to know about the problem as quickly as possible. This enables us to correct the problem in a timely manner and put measures in place to safeguard against any future occurrence of the problem.
