Do you want to empower your entire workforce with Email to Fax functionality, or do you have a specific country you’d like a great fax rate to? If so we can tailor a bespoke solution especially for your requirements. The corporate solution is suitable for customers who operate a purchase order system and require a credit account. Users like this will usually fall into categories such as Local Authority, Education, Government, Health Authority and Large Enterprises and will be spending in excess of £100 per month.

The corporate solution gives you the following benefits:

• Post pay account. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the month for fax traffic from the previous month. We will expect payment within 14 days.
• Unlimited ‘permitted fax senders’
• Central online management of all users fax activity by nominated administrator.

If you think this solution is right for you please send an email to sales@sundialtele.com containing the email address of the account you’d like upgraded, how many permitted fax users you require and what your anticipated monthly spend will be. We can help you calculate this based on your intended volume of faxes & which destinations you’ll be sending them to. This will involve us changing your account status from prepay to postpay and will therefore require us to conduct a credit check, therefore, we may need to contact you to obtain more information. This process can take up to seven working days to complete. If you feel the corporate solution is right for your company but will not be spending a minimum of £100 each month you will be charged a £10 per month administration fee.
